JAMES FRANGELLA: LIFE'S A BEACH
James Frangella is a dedicated, licensed real estate broker with nearly 30 years of experience in the business. James knows that his success hinges on treating his customers with respect, and he's made that integrity the cornerstone of his approach to real estate.
His style is at once casual and disarming; don't be surprised if James greets you at his office wearing a Hawaiian shirt and sandals. His office decor reflects his affinity for the ocean and kitschy Hawaiian memorabilia. In fact, he launched a successful online business several years ago with this theme: The Sugar Shack Surf Shop.
James, a lifelong native of the Monterey Peninsula, enjoys surfing and running barefoot on the beach in his spare time. Well-traveled, he has made annual pilgrimages to Indonesia, Puerto Rico, and Mexico in search of the perfect wave. He is a devoted father of a loving daughter who graduated from Chico State University and now working in Los Angeles.
