I just love real estate.  I learn something new every day.  I just made a few more discoveries. There are real estate agents who don’t do a good job, are total jerks and still make big bucks with commissions in the fast-paced real estate market.

So after 22 years in the business, providing warm, fuzzy and outstanding service to my clients and friends with personalized communication, I’ve decided to start another real estate firm specializing in doing absolutely nothing with rude, arrogant and abrasive behavior just like some of the agents I've done business with. 

Please note I said another real estate firm.  I’ll always keep James Frangella Real Estate, providing stellar service to my many customers.  But for those who want to pay less, well … they’ll get less.  That’s where my new company comes in.

And I’ve got a cool name for it too!  JACK Real Estate.  Our motto: We don’t do jack.

That’s right … no return phone calls, no appointments and don’t even think of email.  Paper work and disclosures?  You’ve got to be kidding me?  At JACK Real Estate, we do jack.  I just love it!

And JACK Real Estate is not the only firm practicing this line of service either.  Just about every listing agent with bank-owned properties does jack.  There are even a few agents from the prestigious offices from over the hill that do jack and actually get away with it.  I’m telling you, I’ll have no trouble whatsoever learning to do jack.  I have such good teachers.

I’m so excited about my two most recent endeavors that I’m having a difficult time containing my excitement.  With GET ‘er DONE Property Maintenance and now JACK Real Estate, I just can’t wait to get up in the morning to get my day started.
